Avoid water -> do not shower or swim with your Sterling Silver Pearls on, this will take off the patina over time.
Apply makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotion before putting on your pearls.
Your pearls will naturally darken over time. As they do, use a soft polishing cloth to maintain shine on them. Do NOT clean with any polish, cleaner, soap, or water.
Genuine stones like Turquoise, Spiny Oyster, etc. are naturally porous. Avoid water and do NOT clean with any polish, cleaner, soap, or water. You may wipe with a dry, soft cloth if you feel they should be cleaned.
